Return Policy

Purchased products may be returned for a full refund less shipping with the original receipt within 30 days of the day of purchase. Sales tax and gift wrapping cannot be reimbursed. E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable once the order has been processed. Please make your selections carefully.

The returned merchandise should be unopened and in the original package. In order to return the merchandise, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department.

Note: Due to health reasons we cannot accept returns of perfume/cologne splash items, as well as skin care, hair care and makeup products. This includes gift sets with any skin care, hair care or cosmetic products. For the same reason we do not accept merchandise for exchanges. It takes up to 30 days to process your return and get a refund.

If the returned merchandise turns out to be opened or not in the original packaging, we may either charge a 20% restocking fee or return it back to the customer at customer’s expense. Our decision will depend on the condition of the returned item. This also includes opening the cellophane wrapping on any of the purchased products.

Return shipping is at customer’s expense. We cannot refund it. If your order qualified for free shipping and you returned the merchandise, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.

For any refused, unclaimed or otherwise undeliverable merchandise we will charge the actual shipping expenses.

Where to return the merchandise: In the RMA you will find our warehouse address, where you should ship your return. Please, do not ship it to our office address shown on our website. We are not able to accept returns there.

All returns should be shipped back to warehouse using a traceable courier (UPS Ground, USPS Delivery Confirmation or FedEx Ground) at customer’s expense, except when it is returned because of our mistake.

Any claims for damaged items should be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24 hours after delivery. You should have the package and the items related to the claim at hand. In the case of shipping damages, please also contact the carrier.
