Harajuku is considered to be one of the fashion capitals of the world. It’s actually not a city, but an area surrounding Harajuku railway station in Tokyo (Japan), where young people dressed in different styles like decora, visual kei, gothic Lolita, cosplayers socialize. It’s also a huge shopping area. Harajuku style is advertised in many Japanese and international fashion magazines. Many artists around the world draw their inspiration from Harajuku culture.

Gwen Stefani debuted with her fragrance collection Jarajuku Lovers in 2008. Each of the five original perfumes has its own theme and very cute Jarajuku doll. The upper part of the fragrance is the doll, the lower – pedestal like glass base filled with the perfume. There is a story of the fragrance, enclosed in the box.
